Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to try Pro?
No. The 7-day Pro trial starts when you install and needs no card. When it ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.
How do I cancel?
One click in the extension's settings or on the billing page. Your Pro features stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 7 days of any charge, monthly or yearly, and we refund the full amount automatically. After 7 days you can still cancel at any time and you won't be charged again.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by ExtensionPay using Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Why is ClosetPace cheaper than other sharing bots?
It runs entirely in your browser, so there are no cloud servers acting as your account to pay for. We pass that on. As of September 2026, listed prices for comparable tools run from $9.99 to $30 a month; see our comparison.
Can I use one subscription on several Poshmark closets?
Version 1 supports one closet per subscription. Multi-closet support is on the roadmap.
