ClosetPaceTerms of service
These terms govern your use of the ClosetPace Chrome extension and closetpace.com ("ClosetPace", "we", "us"). By installing or using ClosetPace you agree to them. Questions: support@closetpace.com.
1. What ClosetPace is
ClosetPace is a browser extension that automates actions you could take yourself in your own logged-in Poshmark session, such as sharing listings, following, sending offers you approve and editing your listings. ClosetPace is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc.
2. Your Poshmark account and Poshmark's rules
You are responsible for your Poshmark account and for complying with Poshmark's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Poshmark's Community Guidelines state that it does not allow unauthorized programs or other forms of automation, and Poshmark may restrict accounts it believes are automated. ClosetPace is designed to act conservatively (human-paced spacing, daily caps, automatic stops and captcha pauses), but we cannot guarantee that Poshmark will not limit, restrict or suspend your account. You use ClosetPace at your own risk and decide for yourself whether its use is appropriate for your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ClosetPace to send spam, harass other users, act on accounts you are not authorized to manage, or circumvent ClosetPace's safety limits. You agree not to reverse engineer the licensing system or resell access.
4. Plans, trials and billing
- Free plan. Available at no charge with the limits described on the pricing page. We may change free plan limits with notice.
- Pro trial. New users receive 7 days of Pro with no payment details required. At the end of the trial you return to the Free plan unless you subscribe. We email you before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions. Pro is billed monthly ($12.99) or yearly ($99), in US dollars, in advance, through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in one click from the extension's settings or the billing page. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again. If you request a refund within 7 days of any charge, we will refund it in full. Details are in the refund policy.
6. Changes to Poshmark and availability
ClosetPace depends on Poshmark's website, which Poshmark can change at any time. Features may stop working temporarily until we update the extension or its configuration. We aim to restore broken features quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If Poshmark changes make ClosetPace permanently unable to work, we will notify subscribers and refund any unused prepaid period.
7. No warranty
ClosetPace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that ClosetPace will increase your sales or that it will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClosetPace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales or account restrictions, arising from your use of ClosetPace. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using ClosetPace at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period unless the suspension is for abuse.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring claims where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify users in the extension or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
